The Institute of Public Health in Ireland (IPH) is presenting findings from the report Breastfeeding on the island of Ireland at the ‘Spotlight on Breastfeeding Research 2018’ on Friday, November 9th, in the Loughview Suite at the Ulster University, Jordanstown.
Dr Joanna Purdy, Public Health Development Officer with IPH, will highlight data on breastfeeding patterns across the island of Ireland as well as experiences, perceptions and attitudes to breastfeeding among both mothers and within the general population.
This event is being organised by the NI Breastfeeding Strategy Research Workstrand and hosted by Doctoral Midwifery Research Society (DMRS), Ulster University and Public Health Authority. You can find more info here
