Enough is Enough Conference - Launch of Belfast’s Food Poverty Scoping Exercise
Monday 23rd March, 9.30am - 1.00pm, City Church, 12-24 University Avenue, Belfast
Dr Elizabeth Mitchell, IPH Director, convenes the Food Poverty Working Group on behalf of the Belfast Food Network (BFN). The BFN has been funded by the Public Health Agency to lead the Enough is Enough project. The first stage of the project, which is being delivered by Advice NI, is scoping the size and experience of food poverty in the city. The primary purpose of this conference was to present the findings of the first stage, but more importantly seek input from a wide range of stakeholders to help understand the nature and extent of food poverty in Belfast.
