It’s National Breastfeeding Week in the Republic of Ireland. Running until October 7th, the week promotes and celebrates breastfeeding in Ireland.
The World Health Organization’s recommendations are exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months for life, and up to two years of age.
More mothers across the island of Ireland are deciding to breastfeed their baby.
