Levelling Up. Securing health improvement by securing social inclusion

Levelling Up aims to make a significant contribution to the movement to improve health status and reduce health inequalities in the North West of Ireland. It reflects a series of commitments which, when delivered, will impact on women’s health status. It will impact not only on the lives of women but, given our determining influence on the health status of our families and communities, it will impact on their lives also. 

Levelling Up is a Plan shaped and developed by women to effect social change for all who live in the North West of Ireland. Supporting this local action has been the Cross Border Women’s Health Network. 

The Network is a cross border partnership of thirty eight statutory, voluntary and community sector organisations based within the North West of Ireland working together to improve health status and reduce health inequalities.
