Health Impact Assessment: a baseline report for Ireland and Northern Ireland

This paper reports the findings of the Institute's Health Impact Assessment (HIA) work programme in 2001, in order to (a) record the baseline of HIA awareness, activity and thinking in ireland and Northern Ireland and (b) identify the issues around its implementation.
