This Evaluation Report represents the final phase of the HIA of Traffic and Transport in Ballyfermot, Dublin, examining the process, impact and outcomes of the HIA. The evaluation was conducted between November 2006 and June 2007.  It utilized a qualitative methodological framework, comprising in-depth interviewing and content analysis.
